The Station Quarter- This area focuses on Grimsby Town Station approach. The requirement here is to create and attracive and efficient arrival and departure point by improving vehicular access, public realm and premises frontages.
St James Square- This area focuses on St. James Square and all the buildings that surround the square including St. James House, St. James Hotel and Wilkinsons.Again the scheme seeks to improve the area by providing a close-like setting and a safer and more intimate area, whilst also securing a better link to the Cartergate area.
Waterside Quarter- This area focuses on the west bank of , the Alexandra Dock and initially seeks to introduce the first steps in the redevelopment of the towns waterfront by creating an attractive and diverse new "quarter".
Riverhead Square- This part of the programme will transform the square into a civil, principle public open space by creating an attractive, flexible and vibrant area.
Cartergate- This private sector led development will transform the area into vibrant and attractive area that improves the connection to St. James Square as well as introducing new grade A office space and a new public square.
The above only gives a small sample of the potential developments and further, fuller details showing the exact locations and areas for renaissance can be found at the Forum's offices at 33 Victoria Street Grimsby
