The Forum is a not for profit company limited by guarantee, but is primarily a partnership in which the following values underpin all aspects of the company’s work.

The partnership is made up of a number of organisations mainly from the private sector retailers and businesses that have an interest in seeing the success of The Town Centre.
The work of the Forum is overseen by a Board whose membership consists of:

Will Jenkins - Inspector, Humberside Police

Alan Sanders- Abbeygate Shopping Centre
Mark Webb-Managing Director, e-factor
Dave Ranshaw - Town Centre Forum Manager

To improve the Grimsby Town centre so that it is a vibrant and lively area that is sought after by retailers and businesses alike and all visitors are attracted by a safe and pleasant environment with excellent facilities.
To achieve this the Town Centre Forum seeks:
- To act as a voice to shape and influence regeneration initiatives within the town centre area.
- To bring together stakeholders in partnership to ensure all interested parties are aware of issues that affect the town centre and have an opportunity to be involved in it’s improvement.
